Cabin and Site Information

Cabin Minimum Stay and Deposit Requirements

• Two night minimum on weekends, three night minimum on Holidays
• One night + tax deposit per cabin – Full refund if cancelled at least seven days prior to arrival date.
• If cancelled within seven days of arrival the whole deposit is forfeited.
• No shows – 50% of total stay or full deposit (whichever is greater)  will be charged to the credit card on file.

*Shelters are to be paid for at the time the reservation is made. If cancelled at least seven days prior to date a full refund is given, if cancelled within seven days the full amount is forfeited.

*Shelter reservations are made within our booking engine for our cabins. Those reservations will be available in the early spring of 2024.

Private Dinner Minimum

• $500.00 food & beverage minimum to rent out the private dining room.

Boat Cancellation Policy Details

• Cancellation within 24 hrs. of boat rental will result in a $50.00 fee. 
• No Show to your boat rental will result in a charge worth two hours of your boat rental to the credit card on file.

Cabins For Canines – Dog Policy

If you would like to take your “best friend” on your best vacation, you can take advantage of our Cabins for Canines program. The number of dogs allowed per cabin is limited to two, regardless of size. There will be a minimum fee of $25.00 per dog, per night. This will be collected at check-in. An additional fee at a minimum of $20.00 per hour will be assessed when extra cleaning is required. 

Dog owners are responsible for any and all damages caused by their dogs. 

Dog owners are encouraged to have proof of vaccination for rabies and other regulatory required vaccinations. 

Dogs should be attended to at all times while inside the unit and at all locations within the park. When guests must leave the dog unattended, they must be placed in a crate or kennel. 

When walking outside the unit in the park, dogs must be on a secure leash that isn’t loner than 10 feet. Dogs should not be tied to building structures, fences, trees or vegetation.

Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs inside and outside the unit. Bring your own bags to pick up your dog’s waste or pick up bags when you check in. The waste bags may be deposited in the park’s garbage cans or dumpsters.

Dogs are allowed only in the designated lodging units and cannot be taken into any other park building. This program applies to canines that are not considered service animals assisting guests with disabilities. Service animals qualifying under ADA requirements or by a doctor’s authorization are permitted in all facilities.

• Cabins 7, 8, 9, 10, C and D are Dog friendly. 
• Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, A and B are No-Pet Cabins – No pets will be permitted inside or outside of these cabins
• All pets must be registered at check-in.
• Pet Fee is $25.00/Night
• There is a limit of 2 dogs per cabin, regardless of size.
